According to the documents released by the Education the Department of Yunnan Province, the application for Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship 2021 has already started. Details are as follows.
Ⅰ. Potential Countries
Priority will be given to “Belt and Road “countries, South Asian and Southeast Asian countries;
Ⅱ. Scholarship Coverage
1. A waiver of registration, tuition and basic textbooks fees;
2. Free on-campus dormitory accommodation;
3. Monthly living allowance:
Undergraduates: CNY1400 per month; Postgraduates: CNY1700 per month;
4. Comprehensive Medical Insurance and Protection Scheme for International Students in China.
Ⅲ. Enrollment Eligibility
1. Applicants who apply for a bachelor degree are required to have completed their study at a high school with HSK (level four) 180 scores or above and are under 25 years of age;
2. Applicants who apply for a master degree are required to have a bachelor degree with HSK (level five)180 scores or above and are under 35 years of age;

Ⅴ.Application Documents (*is required)
*1. Application Form of Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship;
*2. A photocopy of the first page of the passport;
*3. Highest diploma (notarized copies of degree certificate, diploma) and transcripts. If applicants are graduating, they must provide a pre-graduation certificate and submit graduate certificate and diploma certificate when register. Documents in language other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;
*4. A photocopy of HSK result report;
*5. Applicants who apply for master degrees are required to have two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English written by professors or associate professors;
*6. A study or research plan signed by the applicant in Chinese or in English;
*7. A photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form, please bring the original copy when coming to China;
8. Certificate of No Criminal Record.

Note: The application documents will not be returned regardless of the admission decisions.

1. Online Application:
Applicants should go to http://ynnu.at0086.cn/student to register online and upload the related application materials. Meanwhile, download the Application Form for Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship, and fill in the form and upload it to the system.
2. Check the application status online: please check your application progress and status through the application system.
3. Check your email: please check the system messages and your email regularly to avoid missing important notifications.
Ⅶ.Acceptance and Notification:
Applicants can check your result on http://ynnu.at0086.cn/student.Yunnan Normal University will post the Admission
Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202) to the scholarship students. Please make sure that the English address in the system is detailed and correct.
