Step 1: Head teacher of each class collect all students information, including: student number, Chinese name, passport number, class number, school (Yunnan Chinese Language and Culture College or the School of international Chinese Studies) and study duration. The teachers will send the required information to the Students Affairs Office by email.
Step 2: the collected information will be forwarded to the University IT Department. The head teachers will inform the students when the internet service is available. Your account name will be your student number and your password will be your passport number.
