Step 1: Head teacher of each class collect all students information, including: student number, Chinese name, passport number, class number, school (Yunnan Chinese Language and Culture College or the School of international Chinese Studies), study duration. The teachers will send the required information to the Students Affairs Office by email.

Step 2: The Student Affairs Office will then send the collected information to the Card Centre and inform the head teachers to ask students to bring their passport or photocopies of their passport with them to the centre and take photos there. After paying 20 yuan for your card (card issuing fees), you can collect it onsite.

Note: for card replacement, please bring your passport with you to the card centre.
