Ⅳ.Eligibility:
a. Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens in good health.
b. Applicants who apply for a master degree should have a bachelor’s degree with HSK (level five) 180 scores or above and be under 35 years of age.
c. Applicants who apply for a doctoral degree should have a master’s degree with HSK (level five) 180 scores or above and be under 40 years of age.
d. Applicants who apply for a bachelor degree should have graduated from high school with HSK (level four) 180 scores or above and be under 25 years of age.

Ⅵ. Application Procedure
a. Applicants must visit http://www.campuschina.org or http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login to fill in all the required information, scan and upload application documents, complete the application procedures and then submit and print out the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship online.

c. Applicants should prepare all the application documents according to the following list and post the documents to Yunnan Normal University between March 3rd and March 30th. For those who could not post due to the pandemic, please email your scanned application documents to 1403648361@qq.com.
Ⅶ. Application Documents (in duplicates,*are required)
*a. Application Form of Chinese Government Scholarship.
*b. A photocopy of the first page of the passport.
*c. Highest diploma (scanned copies of the original notarized degree certificate and diploma). If applicants are graduating, they must provide a pre-graduation certificate and submit graduate certificate and diploma certificate when register. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
*d. Transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
*e. Photocopies of HSK Certificate.
*f. A study or research plan in Chinese or in English no less than 800 words.
*g. Two letters of recommendation written by professors or associate professors.
*h. A photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form and Blood Test Report. Please bring the original copies when you come to China.
*i. Certificate of No Criminal Conviction.

The above documents should be bound on top left corner (in duplicates) in order. The application documents will not be returned whether you are accepted or not.
Ⅷ. Acceptance and Notification
In early July, Yunnan Normal University will inform the winners result by email and post the Admission
Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW201) to the scholarship winners. Please make sure your email address is correct and the English address to receive the acceptance letter is detailed and accurate.
*Scholarship students are not allowed to change the receive university once they have registered at Yunnan Normal University. In principle, they are not allowed to change their major and study duration.
