入学必备文件

Documents Required for Registration

 

   请您持本人护照、《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》(即JW202表或JW201表)、8张护照照片在规定的时间内到云南师范大学报到。如因故不能按期报到，必须事先征得我校同意。否则，视为自动放弃入学资格。

   Please bring your passport, Admission Notice, Visa Application Form (JW202 or JW201), 8 passport-sized photos and visit Yunnan Normal University to register on time. If you cannot register before the deadline, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, you will be regarded as giving up your offer.

    学历生还须带上最高学历证明和学位证明及相关成绩单原件。非英文或中文学历证明、学位证明和成绩单必须附上经过公证的英文或中文翻译原件。

   Degree students are also required to bring the original of your highest academic diplomas, degree certificates and academic transcripts. If the items above are not written in English or Chinese, you are also required to provide a notarized English or Chinese translation of the documents.

为方便您的生活，请您在来华前提前准备好500-1000元人民币现金。

   Please prepare 500-1000RMB in cash with you before arriving China for your convenience.

接机服务

                        Pick-up Service

 

在报到期间内到达的新生，学校免费提供接机服务，请将您的航班信息姓名、性别、航班号、出发时间、始发城市、到达时间提前5天发至admissionynnu@aliyun.com，以便安排接机。如信息不全、不准确，我们将不提供接机服务。

During the registration period, there will be volunteers from Yunnan Normal University welcoming and assisting you at Kunming Changshui International Airport.

Please inform us your flight information (Name, Gender, Flight No, Arrival Date, Arrival Time, Departure city) and email to admissionynnu@aliyun.com at least 5 days in advance. If you fail to provide complete or accurate information, we would not be able to provide the pick-up service.

 

在报到期间外到达的新生请自行前往学校，并写邮件至admissionynnu@aliyun.com告知。

For those who will not arrive during the registration time, please come to Yunnan Normal University by yourselves and please inform us by emailing admissionynnu@aliyun.com

 

办理住宿

                        Accommodation

 

在报到期间内到达的新生可直接到留学生公寓办理入住手续,公寓不提供床上用品，新生须自行携带或到校后自行购买。

Students arriving during registration period, please visit the International Student’s Apartment directly for accommodation. Please bring or purchase your own beddings.

    在报到期间外到达到达的新生请提前写邮件至admissionynnu@aliyun.com告知，到达昆明后需自行到校区附近的酒店入住，然后在工作时间（周一至周五09：00 - 16:00）内到校报到注册。云南师范大学呈贡校区附近的酒店信息如下：丽水云泉大酒店(聚贤街)：(0)86-(0)871-67468888

   Those who will arrive on other dates please contact: admissionynnu@aliyun.com.Please stay at a hotel for one night and then come to register between 09：00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday.

交通路线

           How to Get to Yunnan Normal University

 

1.从昆明长水国际机场乘坐大巴空港4号线至汽车南站下车，之后转乘地铁到昆明高铁南站下车，步行20分钟到达云南师范大学。

You can take No.4 Airport Express Bus at Kunming Changshui International Airport to South Bus Station,and then transfer to Subway and get off at Kunming South Station, and walk for 20 minutes to Yunnan Normal University.

2.你也可乘坐出租车到云南师范大学呈贡主校区南门下车，进入学校后步行到同析2号楼。

You can also take a taxi to YNNU Chenggong Campus and walk to No. 2 Tongxi Building

云南师范大学新生报到注册流程

Process of Registration

 

Step 1:办理住宿

新生须持《录取通知书》到东区留学公寓或同析2号楼113-2室办理入住手续。

Step 1: Accommodation

Please bring your Admission Notice to International Student’s Apartment or Office 113-2 in No.2 Tongxi Building to do your accommodation registration.

 

Step2:在线注册

新生须持《录取通知书》到同析2号楼303或308室在线填写注册表。

Step2: Register Online

Please bring your Admission Notice to Office 303 or 308 in No.2 Tongxi Building to register online.

 

Step3:复印护照

请持护照原件到同析2号楼409室复印护照照片页，最新的中国签证和最新的入境章。

Step3: Photocopy of Your Passport

Please take your passport to Office 409 in No.2 Tongxi Building. And then photocopy the photo page, your latest Chinese visa page and your latest entry page of your passport.

 

Step4:入学审核

新生须持《录取通知书》到同析2号楼111-1室审核入学资格。

Step4: Admission Review

Please bring your Admission Notice to Office 111-1 in No.2 Tongxi Building to verify your eligibility of enrollment.

 

Step5:检查签证

请持护照原件和《录取通知书》到同析2号楼112-1室检查签证。

Step5: Visa Verification

Please bring your Admission Notice and your original passport to Office 112-1 in No.2 Tongxi Building to check your visa.

 

 

Step6:领取交费单

非学历生和本科生请到同析2号楼111-2室领取“学费通知单”（仅指自费生）；研究生到315室领取“学费通知单”（仅指自费生）和课表。

Step6: Pick up your Tuition Notice

Non-Degree Students and Bachelor’s Degree Students :

Please pick up your Tuition Notice ( self-supporting students only.) at Office 111-2 in No.2 Tongxi Building.

Master’ s Degree Students:

Please pick up your Tuition Notice (for self-supporting students) and timetable at Office 315 in No.2 Tongxi Building.

 

Step7:自费生交学费

自费生凭“学费通知单”到同析2号楼408室交纳学费。非学历生和本科生凭学费发票到111-2室领取课程表。

Step7: Self-Supporting Students: How to Pay for Your Tuition Fees.

Please take your Tuition Notice to Office 408 in No.2 Tongxi Building to pay for your tuition. Non-Degree Students and Bachelor’s Degree Students pick up the timetable at Room 111-2 with your tuition invoice.

Step8:购买/领取教材

非学历生和本科生可凭“课程表”到同析2号楼217室购买或领取（全额奖学金生）相应级别的教材.

Step8:Buy/Pick up textbooks
Non-Degree Students and Bachelor’s Degree Students:
Please bring your timetable to Room217  in No.2 Tongxi Building and buy or pick up 

(for scholarship students  ) corresponding level of textbooks .
