一、报到时间和地点Registration timeand Venue
1.报到时间：2019年9月3日至9月5日
Registration time：9/Mon.3/Day,2019/Yr. to 9/Mon.5/Day,2019/Yr.
2.报到地点：云南师范大学呈贡校区同析2号楼
RegistrationVenue：The Location of Study and Registration:No.2 Tongxi Building , Cheng gongCampus, YNNU
二、网上申请OnlineRegistration
新生收到《录取通知书》后，应在一周内登录http://ynnu.at0086.cn/student进行网上申请，并将《录取通知书》扫描件上传到系统里，同时确保个人基本信息完整准确。
For new students, please visit http://ynnu.at0086.cn/student for online registration within one week after receiving yourAdmission Letterand upload the scanned copy of yourAdmission Letterto the system and ensure that your personal information is complete and accurate.
三、入学必备文件Documents Required for Registration
1.请您持本人护照原件、《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》(即JW202表或JW201表)、外国人体格检查表、8张护照照片和学习费用在规定的时间内到云南师范大学报到注册。如因故不能按期报到，必须事先征得我校同意。否则，视为自动放弃入学资格。
Please bring yourpassportoriginal,AdmissionNotice, Visa Application Form(JW202 or JW201),Physical Examination Record,8passport-sizedphotosand all fees toYunnan Normal Universityto registerontime.If you cannot registerbefore the deadline,pleaseinformusin advance. Otherwise, you will beregarded as giving up your offer.
2.学历生还须带上最高学历证明和学位证明及相关成绩单原件。非英文或中文学历证明、学位证明和成绩单必须附上经过公证的英文或中文翻译原件。
Degreestudentsare also required to bringthe original of yourhighest academic diplomas, degree certificatesandacademic transcripts.If the items above are not written in English or Chinese, you are also required to provide a notarized English or Chinese translation of the documents.
3.学费、注册费可现金支付或刷卡（银联卡、VISA卡、MASTER 卡）支付。
Tuition fees and Registration fees should be paid in cash RMB or by card（Union Pay card, VISA card, MASTER card）
4.全额奖学金生来华时须携带约1500元人民币现金备用。
The full scholarship students need to prepare 1500RMB in cash with you when you come to China for your convenience.
三、接机服务Pick-up Service
1.在报到期间内到达的新生，学校免费提供接机服务，请将您的接机信息在出发前10天发至admissionynnu@163.com，以便安排接机。如信息不全、不准确，我们将不提供接机服务。你需提供的接机信息：姓名、国籍、性别、到达日期、到达时间、航班号、出发城市、奖学金类型、邮箱/微信。
During theregistrationperiod,We provide pick-up service for free .If you need it ,please email your flight information toadmissionynnu@163.com10 days before departure. If you fail to provide complete or accurate information, we would not be able to provide the pick-up service.
You need to provide flight information:Name，Nationality，Gender，Arrival Date(MM/DD)，Arrival Time(24 hour format)，Flight No，Last Departure City，Scholarship type，Email/Wechat ID。
2.在报到期间外到达的新生请自行前往学校，并写邮件至admissionynnu@163.com告知。
Forthose whowill notarrive during theregistration time, please come to Yunnan Normal University by yourselves and pleaseinformus byemailingadmissionynnu@163.com
四、办理住宿Accommodation
1.在报到期间内到达的新生可直接到留学生公寓办理入住手续,公寓不提供床上用品，新生须自行携带或到校后自行购买。
Students arriving during registrationperiod, please visit the International Student’s Apartment directly foraccommodation. Please bring or purchase your own beddings.
2.在报到期间外到达的新生,到达昆明后需自行到校区附近的酒店入住，然后在工作时间（周一至周五09：00 - 16:00）内到校报到注册。云南师范大学呈贡校区附近的酒店：丽水云泉大酒店(聚贤街)：(0)86-(0)871-67468888
Those who will arrive on other dates, please stay at a hotel for one night and then come to register between09：00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday.

五、交通路线How to Get to Yunnan Normal University
1.乘坐出租车到云南师范大学呈贡主校区南门（1号门）下车，进入学校后步行到同析2号楼。
You can also take a taxi to YNNU Chenggong Campus and walk toNo. 2 Tongxi Building
2.从昆明长水国际机场中心站（A口）乘地铁6号线到东部汽车站下车，站内换乘地铁3号线（西山公园方向）到东风广场站下车，站内换乘地铁2号线（大学城南方向）到联大街站下车，从C口出来，换乘公交车Z59到云南师范大学东区食堂站下车。
地铁始发时间：
（1）地铁6号线（东部汽车站方向）： 首06:20 末：22:20
（2）地铁3号线（西山公园方向）： 首06:20 末：22:45
（3）地铁2号线（大学城南方向）： 首06:20 末：22:00
Subway Line
Step 1: Take Subway Line 6 From Changshui Airport to Kunming East Coach Station.
Step 2: Switch to Line 3 (direction to West hill park) to Dongfeng Square.
Step 3: Switch to Line 2(direction to University town south) to Lianda Street. Take exit C, choose bus Z59 to Yunnan Normal university, east campus canteen.
Subway schedule:
(1)Line 6(To East Coach Station): First train: 06:20 A.M.; Last train: 10:20P.M.
(2)Line 3(To West Hill Park) : First train: 06:20 A.M.; Last train: 10:20P.M.
(3)Line 2(To University Town): First train: 06:20 A.M.; Last train: 10:20P.M.

云南师范大学新生报到注册流程
Process of Registration
Step 1:办理住宿
新生须持《录取通知书》到东区留学公寓或同析2号楼113-2室办理入住手续。

Step2:在线报到注册
新生须持《录取通知书》到同析2号楼进行在线注册，核对个人信息,打印注册表。

Please bring yourAdmission NoticeinNo.2 Tongxi Buildingto register online and check personal information and print out the registration form.
Step3:复印护照和最新签证页
请持护照原件到同析2号楼409室复印护照照片页，最新的中国签证和最新的入境章。
Step3:Photocopy of Your Passport andlatest Chinese visapage
Please take your passport toOffice 409inNo.2 Tongxi Building. And then photocopy the photo page, your latest Chinese visa page and your latest entry page of your passport.
Step4:入学审核
新生须持《录取通知书》、护照原件和复印件到同析2号楼111-1室审核入学资格。
Step4:Admission Review
Please bring yourAdmission Notice,your original passport and copy toOffice 111-1inNo.2 Tongxi Buildingto verify your eligibility of enrollment.
Step5:检查签证
请持护照原件、《录取通知书》原件以及护照首页、签证页、入境章复印件到同析2号楼112-1室检查签证。
Step5:Visa Verification
Please bring the originalAdmission Notice, the original passport , the photocopy of passport front page, visa page and entry seal toOffice 112-1inNo.2 Tongxi Buildingto check your visa.
Step6:自费生和半免学费生领取交费单
非学历生和本科生请到同析2号楼111-2室领取“学费通知单”；研究生到315室领取“学费通知单”和课表。
Step6:Self-supporting students and half tuition waiver students pick u p your tuition Notice
Non-Degree Students andBachelor’sDegree Students :
Please pick up your Tuition Notice atOffice111-2inNo.2 Tongxi Building.
Master’s Degree Students:
Please pick up your Tuition Notice and timetable atOffice315inNo.2 Tongxi Building.
Step7:自费生和半免学费生交学费
自费生和半免学费生凭“学费通知单”到同析2号楼408室交纳学费。非学历生和本科生凭学费发票到111-2室领取课程表。
Step7:Self-supporting students and half tuition waiver students pay for your tuition fees.
Please take your Tuition Notice to Office 408 in No.2 Tongxi Building to pay for your tuition. Non-Degree Students and Bachelor’s Degree Students pick up the timetable at Room 111-2 with your tuition invoice.
Step8:购买/领取教材
自费非学历生和本科生可凭“课程表”到同析2号楼217室购买教材，全额奖学金生到217室领取相应级别的教材.
Step8:Buy/Pick up textbooks
Self-supporting Non-Degree Students and Bachelor’s Degree Students:
Please bring your timetable to Room217 inNo.2 Tongxi Building and buy textbooks .
The full scholarship students pick up corresponding level of textbooks at Room217 inNo.2 Tongxi Building
Step9:一卡通、热水卡、上网事宜请到113-2咨询
Step 9:Student Card & Shower Water Card& Wifi Accounts
Please visit office 113-2 for student card& shower water card and wifi account guide.
